A fire that destroyed a Bungendore house has reignited on the property.
A NSW Rural Fire Service spokesman said the Burrows Lane home was completely destroyed by the fire, which started about 11.30pm Tuesday.
A NSW Ambulance spokeswoman said a man aged in his 40s had been treated for smoke inhalation.
The fire service spokesman said the man had been transferred to hospital.
Despite firefighters extinguishing the fire two hours later and patrolling the property on Wednesday morning, the fire reignited about 3.30pm. Seven fire trucks were on the scene as of 5.30pm, when firefighters had contained the fire on the property.
More to come.
