The Bring It On! Festival is going on tour in 2021!

One of Australia's biggest Youth Week events will take on a different form this year after being cancelled in 2020.

Bring It On! Festival: On Tour will be livestreamed via the Fairfield City Youth Facebook page on April 16 from 5pm to 9pm.

The celebration will be taking place on a smaller scale across Prairiewood, Fairfield and Bonnyrigg youth centres with limited numbers available at each site.

Local artists including Jessica Jade, DanceKool, DMC, the DM SZN, DJ DPAK, DJ STICKY, Kookies N Kream, Dani Madeline, Gemma Navarrete, Midnight Dreamers and Alicia Vares will all be performing.

Mayor Frank Carbone said Bring It On! On Tour is Fairfield's first major event since the COVID-19 pandemic forced the cancellation of the city's celebrations in March last year.

"The Bring It On! Festival is a special and important celebration of our city's young people; and their skills, passions and strengths; through music, sport and performance," Mayor Carbone said.

"For years it has been a must-see event for thousands of teens and young adults and I am pleased that in 2021 we have been able to bring it back, despite restrictions.

"This year's Youth Week theme is 'Together More Than Ever' so I encourage everyone to embrace Bring It On! by tuning in to the livestream event and making this year's Bring It On! On Tour an event not to be missed."
