Another day, another raft of changes. Most significantly today at the NSW-Victoria border.

If you want to move from Victoria to NSW you must now spend 14 days in hotel quarantine. Tomorrow the Queensland border will shut to residents of NSW and the ACT and returning Queenslanders will be slugged for 14 days mandatory hotel quarantine.

Meanwhile Newcastle has become a NSW COVID-19 hotspot after a man with the virus visited several pubs at the weekend and attended a local A-League match.

As it stands Australia has 8141 active cases of COVID-19 and 10,935 people have recovered. Sadly, 255 deaths have been attributed to the virus.
