Gorgia Wareham has unleashed her inner wolf on the international stage but now she wants to to do the same at WBBL level as well.
The two-time World Cup winner, who turned 21 last week, has starred at international level but is yet to shine or taste glory in her five seasons with the Melbourne Renegades.
Wareham, who started another pre-season with Victoria today after not touching a cricket ball since the World Cup final in March, is eager to shine on all levels this year.
"Last season and the few before that I haven't quite nailed my role within the team," she said.
"As a leg-spinner you want to be taking lots of wickets and really changing the game and I haven't done that.
"Changing between roles hasn't been great but I am just looking to be real aggressive and take that aggressive approach and looking to take wickets.

"At the same time I know that balance between taking my medicine and then knowing when to attack.
"I'm understanding it a little bit more with the more cricket I play and the more twenty20 cricket I play."
Wareham said having the ability to unleash different variations and tactics at anytime plus knowing players a bit better is a challenge she is willing to attack.
"I'm always trying to improve aspects of my game... and a few things with the ball didn't quite work out for me and some tactical changes throughout the season were a little bit different," she said.
"Working on some variations will be really important.
"Changing it up after the year before as everyone hadn't seen me and now I have had more exposure into the international game everyone has seen a bit more of me and has got a plan for me.
"For me to try and counteract that and be able to come out on top (is something I'm working on)."
Wareham said the confidence she gained from the recent World Cup victory would hold her in good stead this year.
"Taking from the few games I did play at that World Cup and having that success where things clicked for me coming off a frustrating season... I'm really looking forward to try that again for Victoria and WBBL," she said.
