GROWING THE SOUTH-WEST | Rawson Homes launches its DreamBuilder Design Studio at Camden

Following the release of 10 new display homes, including five new home designs, Rawson Homes is aiming at design-conscious new-build buyers through opening its DreamBuilder Design Studio at Camden.

Rawson general manager Peter Slominski said the studio was an extension of the philosophy that's underpinned the company's 40-plus year history, to enable lifestyles through exceptional design.

"The DreamBuilder Design Studio offers home-owners a unique space to test, try and collaborate with design experts to realise their dream home," he said.

"It allows buyers to build on their experiences at our display homes to establish their own signature look and performance home."

During their studio session home-buyers can use Rawson's bespoke 3D digital modelling tool to view the scope of possibilities available to them.

From the home's facade to the custom collection interior upgrades buyers can see their vision in full.

Buyers can then see and touch their favourite finishes and materials choices from carpet, to benchtops and beyond.

"We've created a space where you get to see products and finishes in an environment that's closer to the final thing.

"Our customers can feel each design choice, understand its performance features and move these items around the studio to get a feel for how they might work in a home setting."

With 10 new display homes opening across the state and the ACT, Rawson Homes has been growing its range of designs to help more people make their dream home a reality.

Since 1978, Rawson Homes has helped people make their dream homes a reality, taking pride in designs and build quality.

The company began when it first built the Rawson family home in country NSW.

Now the company builds across Sydney, Illawarra, Southern Highlands, Central Coast, Newcastle, Hunter, Canberra and the Central West.

Rawson Homes holds the Homeowners Warranty lowest-risk builder rating, with the financial backing of Daiwa House, Japan's largest residential builder, and a $49 billion AA-rated balance sheet.
