Man charged with damaging four vehicles with timber

At 8:30pm on Wednesday, October 2, a man carrying a piece of timber has damaged four vehicles parked in Council Lane, Fairfield. The 22-year-old was arrested nearby and charged with four counts of damaging property. He was bail refused to Fairfield Local Court on November 13.

Man fined for urinating in public 

At 9pm on Tuesday, October 1, police noticed a man at the intersection of Kenyon Street and Kenyon Lane urinating against a building. The 68-year-old from Edensor Park was issued Criminal infringement notice of $500 for behaving in an offensive manner in public.

Queanbeyan driver charged

At 10:20am on Tuesday, October 1, police stopped a vehicle on the Hume Highway, Villawood. The driver was not able to provide a drivers licence or any form of identity. Checks were conducted on the details provided, which did not match. The woman was arrested and her identity was later confirmed at the police station.

The 23-year-old from Queanbeyan was charged with driving while disqualified, breach of bail and stating a false name. She is bail refused to next appear at Penrith Local Court on October 23.

Man charged with drink driving 

At 1:30am on Wednesday, October 2, police stopped a vehicle on Cabramatta Road West, Cabramatta. The driver recorded a positive breath test. The subsequent breath analysis recorded a reading of 0.142. The 47-year-old manfrom Villawood was charged with mid-range drink driving and will appear at Liverpool Local Court on October 23. His licence was suspended immediately.
