A serial sex pest who allegedly performed a lewd act outside a Melbourne church has more than 15 pages of prior convictions for similar offending.
Gabriel Romanos is charged with three counts of wilful and obscene exposure and three counts of directed sexual activity.
The 53-year-old was allegedly spotted exposing himself in Melbourne's CBD, West and North Melbourne on several occasions last year, court documents show.
The Melton West man has a lengthy history of convictions for similar offending and had been jailed for some matters, the court was told.
Romanos had been seen walking outside a church performing a lewd act in one instance, magistrate Joanne Metcalfe said on Thursday.
He is expected to plead guilty to the charges at his next court appearance in July at the Assessment and Referral Court.
The specialised court deals with accused criminals with health issues.
