Ronis Variety Discount Store has leased a WetherillPark warehouse to support metropolitan distribution to its discount stores.
The retailer has signed a three-year lease on a 2500-sqm office/warehouse at 495 Victoria Street. It has offices on two levels and three loading docks, internal clearances of up to 9.3m and container loading/unloading areas.
CBRE's MatthewAlessi, JohnMicallef, ElijahShakir and JohnTsoutsa negotiated the lease for an annual rent of $120 to $130 per square metre.
Mr Alessi said: "The major attraction for Ronis was the property's 9.3m clearances to maximise racking, ability to load/unload and proximity to its existing Wetherill Park warehouse."
