Australian building manufacturer CSRLimited has sold its ViridianGlass logistics facility at Ingleburn for $66.3 million. On a 11.33ha site at 8 Williamson Road, it's over 34,000 square metres and is leased to Viridian Glass until 2028.
It's 14km from the Moorebank Intermodal, with access to Hume Motorway and South-Western Freeway and 22,000 square metres of surplus land fronting Williamson Road, scope for immediate development. CBRE's Jason Edge and Chris O'Brien did the sale. Mr Edge said: "The property's scale, with current demand for logistics product in the south-west, provides attractive security to a long-term property strategy." The location was fundamental to the deal.
