GROWING THE SOUTH-WEST | Two sites at Villawood and Yennora are listed at $45m all up

Aon Ari Property Trust has appointed CBRE to market two industrial sites with a total value of $45m.

The Villawood site, 66 Christina Road, has a building with a WALE of 3.3 years and net passing income of $1,668,019.

The Yennora site, 30 Loftus Road, has 8052 square metres of building on 22,000+ square metres of land. It had a $4m refurbishment and redevelopment in 2017 and is underpinned by a 4.8 year WALE and net income of $1,360,131.

Both fully leased and multi-tenanted and near Leightonfield and Yennora train stations, respectively. "Both suburbs were once secondary but land shortage and urban growth means both are now prime locations," CBRE's JasonEdge said.
