DOWN BUT NOT OUT: Newcastle Knights legend Tony Butterfield was saved when Colinda Holmes (left) and Rachael Paton (right) were able to keep him alive after he suffered a heart attack at No. 2 Sportsground on Saturday. Butterfield is now recovering at John Hunter Hospital.
