Fight night: PCYC Fairfield-Cabramatta, 162 Railway Parade, Cabramatta will host a Boxing Fight Night on Friday, March 15 from 6pm to relaunch the club to residents and raise funds for more programs. Support the cause: Chief Fluid Systems, 42/85-115 Alfred Road, Chipping Norton will take part in the World’s Greatest Shave on Friday, March 15 from noon to help raise funds for the Leukaemia Foundation. There will be a lunch, two charity auctions, arcade games, lucky door prizes, a prize wheel and an appearance by the Five-7 Racing Speedcar. Protect park: Fairfield Indigenous Flora Park on the banks of Orphan School Creek needs volunteers for a working bee on on Saturday, March 16 from 9am-noon. The park is one of the few remnant bushland areas in Fairfield and contains a critically endangered ecological community called Cumberland Plain Woodland which is a vital habitat for native animals and invertebrates.
