Your new company

You’ll bring your passion and people management skills to join the leadership team of a household brand in their distribution centre. You’ll join on an initial 3-month basis with multiple opportunities for continued employment and permanency.

Your new role

In your new role as Team leader, your responsibilities will include:

• Leadership of a team of approximately 20 team members to meet business KPIs through motivation, mentoring and strong people management.
• Promoting and fostering a positive team culture.
• Push for continuous improvement while maintaining safety and operational standards and meeting customer expectations.

What you'll need to succeed

• Demonstrated leadership and mentoring skills managing teams in a warehousing/logistics environment.
• Understanding of supply chain management.
• Excellent interpersonal skills, with strong written and verbal communication and the ability to influence.

What you'll get in return

You’ll join a household organisation on an initial 3-month contract with multiple opportunities for extension. You’ll also receive a salary of $82.5K + super pro-rata.
