Your new role
Reporting to the CEO, this position is pivotal to the business realising their exciting and ambitious growth plans. The main function of this role is to identify and develop new properties which are ultimately signed as franchisee lease agreements. Whilst you'll be working with a Property Consultancy to help achieve this, you'll also need to proactively identify development opportunities for the corporate business, whilst managing an existing portfolio of properties under lease. As the property portfolio and business expands with time, this role will transition to being a purely Site Acquisition / Development Role, with the property management component being removed from the responsibilities of this position. As such, this role would ideally suit someone with strong Site Acquisition / Property Development aspirations and expertise.

What you'll need to succeed
You'll need recent and robust experience in Site Acquisition, Property Development and Portfolio Management, coupled with a current understanding of commercial leasing and facilities management. You'll need experience with contractor management, payments, invoicing, rent reviews and preparations of budgets and development reports for Board review. You'll also need excellent stakeholder management, communication and negotiation skills as you take properties from site acquisition / development through to executed leases.
