Due to ongoing growth and success, we have been engaged to procure a Senior Civil Supervisor / Structures Superintendent to join the management team.
With extensive experience in Civil Roads Construction, this company will provide you the support and career development you need to grow and succeed.

Your new role

• Leading a structures team, you will have the opportunity to join this Iconic Sunshine Coast project to ensure the effective planning and delivery of all relevant scope of works.
• Whilst providing effective leadership and strong working relationships with stakeholders you will provide affective direction, mentoring and leadership across all project aspects including compliance, finance, contracts, health/safety and risk.
• You will be required to affectively manage and run all day to day operations of the team including staff, subcontractors, reports and budgets

What you'll need to succeed

• A solid tenure and proven and experience as a Supervisor or Superintendent on QLD DTMR projects, overseeing structures is a must.
• Ability to provide strong direction and mentorship to your team as well as liaising with the Project Team, clients and stakeholders.
• Strong communication, presentation and interpersonal skills along with a positive attitude and career aspirations.
• Focus on all aspects of project delivery and outcomes
