Your new company
Your new company provides specialist accounting and business advice to high net worth individuals and small enterprises. Everything from Financial planning and Account Management to Superannuation and Tax Consulting. There are lots of opportunities to progress within the company and to grow your career.

Your new role
In your new role you will be working full time hours, Monday to Friday and will see you undertake duties such as:

  • Working alongside existing Client Services Administrator
  • Using ATO portal for tax returns
  • Liaising with Clients
  • Managing Clients fees and bills
  • Creating and formatting documents and contracts
  • Sharing the inbound/outbound calls and queries
  • General admin duties

What you'll need to succeed
To be considered for this role you will need to:

  • Be a Permanent Resident or Australian Citizen
  • Have qualifications in either Accounting or Legal Services (at University or TAFE)
  • Have come from an Accounting or Legal Firm with ASIC and ATO correspondence
  • Have a current drivers licence and access to a car

To be successful in this role you will need to:

  • Be confident
  • Have Intermediate/Advanced MS Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook etc)
  • High attention to detail
  • Ability to prioritise workload and effectively manage your time
