The opportunity
 
BrightHR has experienced exceptional growth and success in Australia over the last three years, and with ambitious expansion plans, this role is as an exciting opportunity to join the organisation in the business services sector and build a career while helping us build the future of BrightHR. To help build our business in Sydney, we are now seeking a Sales Trainer to coach and develop our new Software Consultants journeys in our state-of-the-art Sydney head office.

Working within our Sales Academy, you will be responsible for coaching and mentoring all new telesales consultants who join BrightHR. These Sales Consultants support our Business Development team and will be speaking to prospects about our award winning SaaS solution, while understanding the issues they are facing within this space with the aim to securing a meeting.

What are we looking for?

  • Driving activity and performance to hit KPI’s in a telesales environment (outbound, inbound, web leads)
  • Coaching, mentoring and developing all new starters within our BrightHR telesales team
  • Create training material to be facilitated in a blended format, including 1:1, Zoom or a classroom environment
  • Listening to and monitoring the quality and duration of calls, providing regular feedback to drive results
  • Understanding the importance of company process and compliance guidelines, ensuring that their team is also compliant
  • Ensuring high standards of professionalism and customer service

The right person will have

  • Experience in a previous training role, call centre and/or sales will be highly regarded
  • A proven track record in improving individual and team performance with a real focus on coaching and nurturing new starters to hit set sales KPI's and targets
  • A real passion for coaching and developing staff to "Be Better"
  • A Cert IV in Training and Assessment (desirable)
