Full job description

Lead a high-performance regional team and drive profit centre performance through sustainable  generation of revenue for the region. Drive a strong engagement with key external stakeholders to ensure support for the Regional/State Vision and outcomes.

About the role

  • Deliver results for the region in accordance with the Sales strategic direction.
  • Collaborate to set and achieve approved sales volume targets for regions
  • Position sales activities, systems, and processes to maximise enquiry conversion and minimise cancellations of reservations for the Region.
  •  Set the pricing strategy for each village to maximise sales potential.
  • Seek and maintain a library of industry, market, and competitor activity to inform decisions in relation to the direction and performance of the Region.
  • Provide thought leadership on strategic issues and work with Project Executives to ensure regional and project goals are achieved.
  • Ensure sales risks are mitigated through diversification and on-going forecast for each assigned village, based on pipeline, market offering and competitor activity.
  • Build and maintain relationships with Key Stakeholders to maintain Stockland’s leading market position and reputation.

About you

  • Appropriate tertiary qualifications
  • Extensive experience managing sales teams (2-5 Years’ experience)
  • Proven track record in achieving group sales targets
  • Proven application of sales and marketing techniques / frameworks
  • Proven commercial / financial acumen
  • Proven track record of achieving results through influencing, communication, and relationship skills
  • Ability to manage and lead a high performance and outcomes-oriented team of sales professionals
  • Good mentoring and coaching skills
  • Ability to accept Stockland culture
