They are currently seeking an Rehabilitation Counsellor to join their growing Melbourne team.
Your new role
Reporting to the VIC Operations Manager, you will be responsible for managing an active caseload, working with injured workers and other stakeholders driving successful return to work outcomes. Your responsibilities will include:
- Case noting, reporting, development of service plans, request costing approvals through to case closure.
- Support participants to achieve optimal injury / illness recovery.
- Support participants to make informed decisions regarding their clinical status and treatment options.
What you'll need to succeed
- Qualifications as a Psychologist/ Rehab Counsellor with relevant registrations/ accreditation's required.
- Experience within an Occupational Rehabilitation position.
- Strong communication skills and the ability liaise with various stakeholders.
- Valid driving license.
