About the Role

• Manage a tidy portfolio all local to the office
• Full time leasing and inspection support in office
• Final bonds required
• PCRS outsourced and no trust 

Experienced required 

• Experience managing a residential property portfolio
• Tidy presentation and professional attitude
• Customer service focused with exceptional communication skills 
• Team player, enjoys collaborating and working with a high performing team
