- Manage a tidy portfolio all local to the office
- Full time leasing and inspection support in office
- Final bonds required
- PCRS outsourced and no trust
Experienced required
- Experience managing a residential property portfolio
- Tidy presentation and professional attitude
- Customer service focused with exceptional communication skills
- Team player, enjoys collaborating and working with a high performing team
