About Our Client

One of Australia's Top Tier Public safety organisations requires a Project Manager to assist in alleviating risks, as well as refreshing the organisations ICT infrastructure, through a series of small to medium initiatives.

Job Description

• Supporting the Technical Support Teams, Vendors and other Stakeholders who are part of the application of the work packages (e.g. hardware upgrades)
• Assisting with coordination, technical documentation, project management and communicating effectively with Senior ICT Executives
• Working very closely with key stakeholders to test solutions and develop various roll out plans
• Being able to develop reports of the roll out plans as well as the progress being made progress being made

The Successful Applicant

• Extensive experience in technology projects across large diverse enterprise environments
• Minimum of 5 years project management experience with hardware upgrade projects
• Sound understanding of technology related to firewalls, web proxys, anti virus, data loss protection, multi factor authentication, privilege access management, load balances and enterprise back up solutions, ideally PRINCE2 Practitioner or similar
• Strong stakeholder management skills
• Ability to work with infrastructure engineers and troubleshoot issues
• Knowledge of QGN, PSN, CITEC, QSS and Govnet applications and networks would be advantageous
