Forever Opportunity

Due to company growth, we are seeking an Assistant Planner to join our team. The successful candidate may be seeking the next step up from their current role as an Allocation Analyst or a current Assistant Planner eager to join a new brand!. As a fundamental part of our Global Planning team, this role will provide a strong understanding of the Forever New customers which will assist to successfully manage all administrative tasks for the Planner across the range.

Key Responsibilities

• Work with the Planning team to effectively forecast stock margins and construct a well-balanced range framework with the right mix of product
• Provide accurate reporting and administrative support to the Planning team
• Monitor sales and external market activity to maximise sales opportunities and minimise potential risks
• Review and monitor range plans regularly with the Buyer and Planner
• Generate ideas to improve sales and profit performance

Forever Candidate

You have 3 solid years experience either in an Allocation role or you are already an Assistant Planner. Having worked in women's wear will be advantageous, however, other categories are just fine. You are self motivated, organised and have the analytical "drive" to monitor endless spreadsheets and reporting.

Key Experience

• Proven track record of effective stock management in a fashion business
• An understanding of all critical path elements and their impact on delivery
• Intermediate to advanced experience with Microsoft Excel
• Strong financial and commercial business acumen
• Competitor knowledge that forms educated opinions to effect commercial decisions
• Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively as part of a team
• A confident and engaging communicator with the ability to deliver presentations and influence key stake holders
• Highly organised with excellent written and verbal communication skills
