Your new role
Reporting to the CEO, as Specialist Sales Representative you will be responsible for:
- Promoting a specialized portfolio of drugs specifically in the Neurology and Oncology segments across Australia.
- Promoting your portfolio amongst a select group of medical practitioners and hospital Pharmacies.
- Maximizing sales and achieving sales targets.
- Acting as the commercial lead for the management and negotiation of contracts and terms.
- Building and maintaining relationships with key customers, professional contacts, external experts and relevant medical personnel.
- Interpreting and communicating clinical data effectively.
- Looking after strategy, account management, sales, launch of new products and competitor’s activity.
- Liaise on a regular basis with Sales & Marketing teams to build brand awareness and develop supporting materials.
What you'll need to succeed
- Experience in Sales roles in Neurology and/or Oncology fields in Pharmaceutical or Biotechnology companies, with a strong networking with hospital, pharmacies and medical practitioners on a national level.
- Experience in the Multiple sclerosis space with current contacts & knowledge of the disease state is desirable.
- Experience representing multiple products and working across complex healthcare systems.
- Proven Business Development & Account Management skills.
- Strong organisational and time management skills.
- Strategic thinking and attention to detail.
