Job Description

In this role, you will be responsible for processing payroll for all employees (including contractors) and be responsible for processing all remuneration and benefits for permanent and contract staff, Long Service Leave and salary sacrificing. This role requires someone with strong work ethic as you are responsible for the payroll function and will need to be experienced to work independently and accurately.

Other key responsibilities will include the following:

• Processing time sheets and rosters in accordance with awards
• Resolving enquiries over the phone or via email
• Identifying payroll errors and implementing corrections where required
• Payroll runs including processing time sheets
• General HR work including administrative work

The Successful Applicant

To be a successful applicant, you must have:

• Previous experience or accreditation in a Payroll position
• Experience in data collection, entry and reporting with great attention to detail
• Excellent proven communication skills, verbal and written
• High competency with Microsoft Office
• Excellent numeracy skills with outstanding organisational and time management skills
