A national company have an immediate requirement for experienced Maintenance Officers to work across a portfolio of buildings and assets in Sydney’s CBD.
Your new role
In this role you will be carrying out all-round general maintenance across a range of assets, which include the following:
- Assisting in the maintenance and installation of partitions, counters, cabinets and flooring
- Maintenance and installation of window shades, venetian blinds, and curtain rods, wall fans, and door locks for tenants.
- Repair of damaged ceiling tiles, floor tiles and wall coverings
- General reporting Client liaison Other related Carpentry duties
- Cleaning gutter etc
What you'll need to succeed
You will have previous maintenance experience, not criminal record, physically fit, good communication skills and basic computer skills.

You will receive a company vehicle, phone, overtime, hourly rate of $35 - $38 + super per hour and ongoing training and career progression, where you will have the opportunity to step into facilities management.
