Your new role
As Store Manger, you will be responsible for leading and managing their Sydney Boutique and team within Sydney's Westfield Shipping Centre.
You will do this through extensive coaching and development and providing appropriate training opportunities. Key accountabilities include consistent monitoring of all financials and K.P.I’s, and also taking appropriate measures to uphold and go beyond all client expectations. Consistent communication and feedback on each employee’s and the boutiques performance is also a key element to the role.
You will also be the main point of contact for all Marketing and VIP events.

What you'll need to succeed
To be considered for this position you must have proven extensive experience in senior luxury retail management, specifically in the high-end, luxury goods environment. You will have key skills in implementing and executing sales and growth strategies as well as a background in managing and exceeding budgets and sales targets within a luxury environment. Exceptional time management, communication, presentation and motivational skills are essential.
