YOUR ROLE

You will work within the sales team and be responsible for providing exceptional service and manage all aspects of your accounts. The main responsibilities include managing a defined customer base, building, and maintaining customer partnerships, and supporting strategic business objectives through sales analysis and improvement. You will also assist in resolving customer queries and providing monthly reporting on business insights to national sales teams.

ABOUT YOU

You are a motivated self-starter with excellent communication skills and ability to quickly build and maintain rapport with internal and external customers and stakeholders. Strong time management, attention to detail and problem-solving skills are also a must.

  • Proven background in customer service/relations
