Leading NSW Government department have multiple roles for Talent Specialists to join their team on ongoing contracts. As there are multiple roles available, we encourage applicants with a wider range of recruitment experience. This team works collaboratively in a very accessible office nearby public transport.
Your new role
This is an end to end recruitment role with the following responsibilities:
- Communicating with hiring managers on new roles
- Creating and posting attractive job adverts
- Screening CVs and candidates on the phone
- Arranging interviews, liaising with hiring managers and candidates
- Negotiating offers, completing references and onboarding.
What you'll need to succeed
You have a number of years of internal recruitment experience. Ideally working in a construction or engineering environment. You will have excellent communication skills, and be well versed in processing in a complex regulatory environment. You will ideally have experience using TALEO and you will be used to working in a fast paced, high volume team environment. You will also have experience working with a range of internal/external stakeholders. Experience in the public sector is preferable but not essential.
