An exciting leadership opportunity now exists to make an impact on the Queensland Branch operational teams responsible for delivering these services.
Your new role
The General Manager QLD is accountable for contributing to the development and execution of the Group’s Board Approved vision, long term strategy and short term operations plans, through assuming full P&L responsibility for QLD operations and proactively contributing to the achievement of Group strategic and operational objectives. This will be achieved through the effective deployment and management of the technical operations teams.
What you'll need to succeed
This role is a member of the national executive management team and the ideal candidate will be required to have successfully managed technicians through maintaining strong customer relationships and leading an engaged team and supporting to them deliver outstanding results to their clients. Implementation of new service management software and demonstrated ability to analyse customer data will be highly regarded.
