Factory Team Leader

Your new company

A well-established manufacturing team based in Acacia Ridge is currently seeking a Factory Team Leader to join the team in a full-time capacity.

Your new role

As a Factory Team Leader, you will work in the manufacturing area of the business and work with a medium sized team and will be required to perform production processes and communicate with internal staff in a friendly, efficient, articulate and informative manner.
You will be responsible for:

• The production and assembly of products
• Workshop maintenance (use of hand power tools)
• Maintaining inventory and prepping dispatch paperwork
• Maintaining warehouse policies and procedures

What you'll need to succeed

The ideal candidate will possess the following:
• current driver's licence (manual)
• Experience in leading a large team
• Strong people skills
• Excellent communication skills
• Great attention to detail
• Good literacy and numeracy skills
• Forklift Licence - preferred
• Ability to work under pressure with minimal supervision
