About Our Client
My Client has several export programs that are responsible for policy development and implementation and regulation of agriculture and food products. This remit is expanding into non-traditional agriculture products. This includes the development of operational policy and guidelines, instructional material, technical training and its delivery and reporting and engagement of industry and government stakeholders.

The Job
We are looking for someone who picks things up quickly, loves solving problems and helping people. You need to be organised and thrive in a team setting with comradery.You will work as part of a small team to provide information and export services to exporters and Australian businesses exporting non-prescribed goods (e.g. wool, pet food, processed food, honey and inedible animal by-products) now and into the future.The main duties of the role include, but are not limited to:

Desirable
Related qualifications and/or experience in one or more of the following areas is desirable but not essential:
- agricultural and food exports and export regulation
- experience in agricultural production systems
- user-centric design and agile project methodologies
- government regulation and procurement.
What's on Offer
- The team you would be working with is in Canberra City ACT 2601. This position is open to non-Canberra region residents. Remote workers are required to, at their own cost, travel to Canberra for 1 full business day to collect IT equipment and undertake induction activities. From time to time during the contract you may be required to come to Canberra for work, again this would be at your own cost.
- There are several roles. Contracts till 23 December 2022, with possibility of extension.
- Full-time (37.5 hrs per week) or Part-time (min 30 hrs per week)
