Job Description

In this position, your key responsibility will include but not limited to:

  • Leading the development of the Support Services Customer Strategy with a focus on enhancing and improving the experience of consumers of support services.
  • Collaborate with leadership team to co-design and deliver the strategy, target segments, value proposition and define the underlying initiatives that will improve customer experience across support services.
  • Support the development of service performance framework
  • Develop and define the customer experience strategy and road map, focusing on transforming end-to-end customer journey.
  • Scope projects to ensure they support the customer and service strategy
  • Improve overall customer experience
  • Working proactively with internal stakeholders
  • Manage and facilitate the delivery of stakeholder workshops to communicate key themes from interviews and inception workshops and working with the team to achieve alignment on key success factors.
  • Contribute to assessing change with a clear emphasis on the impact on people, operations, systems and technology.
