Your new role
Working closely with the Project Manager, this all-encompassing role will see you take responsibility for all aspects of the project, including safety, quality, financial reporting, subcontractor supervision and client communication. Guidance will be provided from a fantastic mentor, well regarded in the industry.

Duties will include:

• Coordinate the project planning, trade allocation, programming and schedules.
• Cost Management, reporting, liaising with management and sub-contractors liaison ·
• You will provide direction on technical queries to project stake holders
• Along with the Project Manager you will be the driving force for the project, ensuring project schedules and deadlines are achieved

Site Engineers and Foreman with sub-division/land development experience are also encouraged to apply

What you'll need to succeed

• Degree Qualified Civil Engineer.
• Solid tenure and understanding of civil construction projects
• Experience and knowledge of sub-division works would be highly advantageous.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and negotiations skills
• Ability to work within a team and to set deadlines
