About Our Client

Job Description
Reporting to the Head of Finance, your role will include:
- Oversee end-to-end AP process
- Develop and implement process improvement initiatives as agreed with the Shared Services Manager, including preparation of manuals, policies & procedures
- Provide expert advice on matters related to the operation of the accounts payable and purchase order systems
- Provide regular supervision to the Accounts Payable Officers and ensure participation in Performance Development Review and Planning processes
- Processing of all creditor accounts, including invoice matching to purchase order, invoice processing, creditor's payment, etc.
- Manage the weekly cheques & EFT payments to suppliers & clients
- Liaise with all suppliers and internal stakeholders in a courteous and professional manner
- Process month end accrued expenses
- Timely identification and rectification of problems in the accounts payable and purchase order systems
- Undertake monthly reconciliation of supplier statements to invoices
