About Our Client

Client is a leading multinational FMCG company.

Job Description

The responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Corporate Card management
• Bank Reconciliation
• Daily cash flow report updates
• Treasury reports from HQ/RHQ
• Insurance renewal report and invoice entry
• Business Survey
• Fixed Asset Inspection and report
• Monthly Inventory write-off report
• General reconciliation of accounts
• Monthly GL manual adjustment
• Assist in Month End Closing and reports
• Assist in GST/FBT/Income Tax checking
• Assist in External and Internal Audit
• Assist in semi-annual stock take
• Assist in Annual Financial Reports

The Successful Applicant

The ideal candidate will have the following:

• University Graduate with Bachelor's Degree in Accounting
• Minimum 2-3 Years' experience in general accounting work
• Experience within a multi-national company preferably in a similar industry
• Excellent Excel skills (Pivot table, V-lookup and formula)
• Knowledge of large ERP (Oracle preferred)
• Good time management and attention to details
• Strong team work
• Excellent level of communication skills
• Self-motivated & Team-orientated
