Canley Heights will start Lunar New Year festivities in Fairfield with a bang with their annual fireworks on Saturday, February 10.

Lion dancers and a 10-metre long LED dragon will add colour to the street party event at Canley Heights town centre which will feature delicious food, live music and amusement rides.

The proceeds from the event, which is supported by the Canley Heights Business Community and Canley Heights Restaurant Committee, will go to the Pal Buddhist School.

“The Canley Heights Lunar New Year has both cultural significance and an incredible atmosphere. It’s success comes from the community’s involvement in creating an event for the community,”  Fairfield mayor Frank Carbone said.
