Enrichment program: Cancer survivors in the Liverpool region have an opportunity to improve their lifestyle habits thanks to a tailored exercise and nutrition program run by Cancer Council NSW starting April 19. The ENRICHing Survivorship program is a free group-based program comprised of eight, two-hour, face-to-face, weekly sessions. It provides cancer survivors with nutrition information, involvement in physical activity and practical information and discussion about adjusting to life following cancer treatment. Funding call: IMB Bank’s Community Foundation is now accepting applications for funding in 2018. The Liverpool PCYC is one of 50 recipients of last year’s funding. IMB Bank CEO Robert Ryan said they were always interested to hear about new projects, particularly those that need seed funding to start or projects already in operation that are looking to expand. Outdoor movie: Bonnyrigg Youth Council presents a free outdoor screening of the family-friendly movie, Moana, at Bunker Park, 17 Bunker Parade, Bonnyrigg on Friday, February 9 from 6.30pm. All members of the community are invited to bring along a picnic blanket and enjoy some free entertainment and great company. There will be free popcorn and ice cream for the first 200 people to arrive. There will be food vans offering some special meal deals and top 40 music before the movie starts at 8pm.
