Community organisations share in $1.8 million of ClubGRANTS funding

Healthy breakfasts at schools, music therapy sessions for children with autism and overnight camps for people with a disability are some of the more than 100 projects to  share in $1.8 million through the 2017 ClubGRANTS program.

In total 117 applications today received a share of the ClubGRANTS funding from 10 clubs across Fairfield on Thursday.

Fairfield Mayor Frank Carbone said the number of submissions highlights the positive energy being invested back into our community through creative and engaging programs.

“I look forward to seeing such a broad range of community programs in place that will help to improve the lives of those living and working in our great City,” he said.

“I encourage organisations to apply for the next round of funding when that becomes available.”
