Mum 'was getting iceblock' when son nearly drowned in Seven Hills pool

The mother of a three-year-old boy who nearly drowned in Sydney's west had gone inside briefly to get her son an iceblock, only to return to find him floating unconscious in the backyard swimming pool, the boy's family says.
