Cabramatta Police seek three men over aggravated break and enter

A woman has been hospitalised after an aggravated break and enter in Sydney’s south west this morning.

Just after 6.30am on Monday, October 17, police were called to a home on Ralph Street, Cabramatta, following reports of a home invasion.

Police have been told three women – aged nine, 31 and 61 – were asleep inside when three men, one armed with a firearm, forced entry to the property.

The intruders demanded money before leaving with a wallet, phone and jewellery.

During the incident the 61-year-old woman was struck in the face by one of the men.

She was treated by NSW Ambulance Paramedics before being taken to Liverpool Hospital with bruising and swelling.

Officers from Cabramatta Local Area Command attended and are canvassing the surrounding area.

A crime scene has been established at the home.

As part of their inquiries, police would like to speak to three men, not further described, who may be able to assist them.

Anyone with information is urged to come forward.
