THORNTON (North Penrith). HOUSE+LAND: $533,450. Jessica Didovich and her partner Solomone Lasalo and mum Maria will live in a four-bedroom three-bathroom courtyard-style home with a studio and double garage on this land. ‘‘I love that the yards are landscaped so there’ll be less maintenance!’’ she said. ‘‘It’ll be a practical home for us for a long time. Love the location.’’ They hope to start building by November.
