Shots fired in Guildford

Police charged a man over a shooting in Guildford on Tuesday.

The shots were allegedly fired in Rosebery Road just before 4pm.

Police were told a group of men were involved in an argument in the same street.

They established a crime scene and questioned people.

On Wednesday, about 1.30am, police arrested a 26-year-old man in Guildford and later charged him with affray and firing shots with intent to cause grievous bodily harm.

He appeared in Parramatta Local Court the same day.
