BALLARAT badminton player Jeff Tho is on the board after an impressive second round singles performance in the mixed teams event at the Glasgow Commonwealth Games.
Tho swept past his Falkland Islands opponent Dominic Jaffray in straight sets 21-7 21-7 in just 19 minutes on Friday night.
Australia won 5-0.
The Australians defeated Wales 4-1 on Thursday when Tho suffered the team's only loss.
Tho and his teammates' next assignment is against Canada on Saturday at 4am (AEST).
