Police from the South West Metro Region Enforcement Squad have uncovered cannabis worth more than $1.8 million and a speed boat following a raid in Lansvale this morning.
Officers from Strike Force Zambesi executed a search warrant at an industrial unit on Kurrara Street.
Police forced their way inside the fortified complex and found a highly organised and sophisticated hydroponic set-up.
More than 500 plants were found growing in various stages of maturity.
The haul has an estimated potential street value of $1,890,000.
Police believe the operation had been underway for about a year.
The complex was not occupied and investigations are underway to identify those people involved.
