Police are investigating a report of shots fired into a car in Fairfield.
Officers attached to Operation Talon seized a vehicle from a residence in Erskineville yesterday afternoon, June 10.
The 4WD, which had a number of bullet holes, will be examined by specialist forensic investigators.
It’s believed shots were fired at the vehicle in Fairfield early on Saturday morning (7 June 2014).
There are no reports of anyone being injured in the incident.
Operation Talon was formed in August 2013 to combat public-place shootings in Sydney.
