The club will donate $64,000 over four years for the school bus.

Principal Roger Davis said the school was overwhelmed by the ongoing support of the club.

"St Johns Park Bowling Club has been one of our utmost supporters over the years," he said.

"The club has also assisted with a number of welfare based and literacy programs supporting student leadership and children at risk".

St Johns Park Bowling Club chief executive David Marsh said: "We are pleased that we are able to offer financial assistance to the community, including many of our local schools, and have every intention of continuing our support in the future."

St Johns Park Bowling Club has donated more than $240,000 over the past year to a range of community projects through its grants scheme.
