Shots fired into house in Bossley Park

Police are conducting investigations after shots were fired into a house at Bossley Park overnight.

Officers were called to Candlewood Street after reports a number of shots had been fired into a residence about 1.20am this morning.

The occupants of the house were inside asleep at the time of the incident, but no-one was injured.

Fairfield police established a crime scene, which is being examined by forensic officers.

It’s believed two shots were fired into upstairs windows. 

Officers attached to Operation Talon have been notified and are assisting with the investigation.
