BONNYRIGG Heights Public School proudly celebrated Autism Awareness Day last Wednesday by challenging pupils to be different.

Children and teachers dressed up in the craziest clothes they owned as part of Dare to the Different Day and donated gold coins, which will go to the Autism Advisory and Support Service.

The school raised a total of $914.60.

April is Autism Awareness Month worldwide.
