Four pedestrians were the victims of a hit-and-run by a driver at Mays Hill on Saturday night, including a nine-year-old girl.
Just after 9pm, police were called out to reports four pedestrians were struck by a car on the Great Western Highway.
Three women, aged 27, 30 and 50, and a nine-year-old girl were found suffering minor injuries.
Police were told the women were walking across a marked crossing with a green pedestrian light, when they were struck by a maroon Daewoo sedan, which allegedly failed to stop.
Holroyd police are following a number of lines of inquiry.
The two older women were taken to Auburn and Blacktown hospital.
