Get better with tai chi

Tai chi will be held every Tuesday in Cabramatta West until April 8. 

Tai chi improves general health, aids relaxation and helps with ailments such as arthritis, diabetes and bad posture.

Green Wings fly

Newleaf Communities' Green Wings program won the Exceptional Enterprise in a Not for Profit Organisation award at last week's ZEST Awards ceremony.

Green Wings is a training and employment program that builds a skilled local workforce.

Invitation to free rides

The Western Sydney Cycling Network holds free weekly rides every Thursday from 9.30am to noon, from the WSCN bike shed at the back of Fairfield showground off Moonlight Road, Prairiewood. 

The ride is up to 30 kilometres of easy, slow-paced social riding.
